Quick and knowledgeable service. Needed a nose pad replaced and they replaced it with a nose pad that works better for sweating/oily skin. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and no charge for the nose pad replacement.

Dr. Kinjo is an excellent doctor and really made me feel like my concerns were heard. I did not feel rushed at all and he took the time to explain everything simply. Very kind and friendly staff all around.

Dr Jenny Tran is a friendly, caring and experienced optometrist. After not updating my prescription for some time, she gave extra attention and thought to both the glasses and contacts prescriptions.

I want to also thank Shafia and the team for working with me over months to find the right frames and prescription increase for my high prescription lenses. They ensured I was happy with the final pair and the staff patiently and thoughtfully provided many options to get there.

Best optometrists in the SW area. My frames had a manufacturing defect causing the one arm to brake. They replaced my glasses with the exact same pair while waiting in the store. The staff is always friendly and helps you immediately as you walk in. Ive also had my eye exam there a few months ago and the Doctor was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough.

Easily the most in depth and detailed eye exam I've ever had. Staff were all great and clearly knowledgeable. great brands available for both lenses and frames, got a free starbucks from a rep who also happened to be present! Plan on using this location for all my eyewear needs.

They have a fantastic selection of frames, including the Miu Miu glasses I had been searching for everywhere, no other store in Calgary carried them. I was torn between two frames, and with Shafia’s help, I was able to choose the perfect pair that suited both my prescription and my lifestyle. I had an awesome experience at Blink Eyewear thanks to Shafia. I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking glasses, but she made everything stress-free. She walked me through different styles, gave honest feedback, and helped me find frames that actually fit my face and personality.

What I really appreciated was how patient and knowledgeable she was—never rushed, super friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me get something I’d be happy with long-term. She also handled the ordering process and explained everything clearly.

Great friendly staff, professional and efficient. They fixed my broken glasses nose support without any issues and didn’t even charge me a penny and My glasses were bought somewhere else.

Excellent, stuff was very nice and since I had eye infection they fit me in without questions, even though I didn’t have scheduled appointment for that day. Dr. Colin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Follow up appointment was scheduled in next few days where he added more drops and suggested preventative cream.

I dropped into Blink this week in hopes of replacing the small plastic nose rest that had fallen off my sunglasses. Even though I haven't purchased any of my eyewear with them, the staff were happy to assist me free of charge. They even helped adjust another pair of glasses that were too loose. I had an accident and one of the lenses detached from the frame. My wife took them to Blink eyewear which is close to home to see if the can fix them. Beside being able to get it fixed, they didn’t want to charge for their work.
This is the second time my wife goes there for a fix of one of our eyeglasses frames with no request for compensation.
There are not many places left that have this type of service, especially when the glasses were not bought in their store.

I came into Blink at West Springs location, desperate for help. My only prescription glasses lost an arm, were unwearable and I am schedule for cataract surgery soon so don't want to get a whole new prescription at this point. The lady there, by name of Victoria went out of her way to help me. She took alot of time to try and find an arm that would work, but could not. Then I decided if she could find a frame that fit my current glass prescription I would go with that. She did that (very quickly) and also gave me a 30% discount. I am so grateful for her graciousness and willingness to help me. I am not a regular client there, but am thinking I should be. Victoria is the epitome of good customer service. Thank-you Victoria!!

We came here for our family eye exams. Dr. Mariam was amazing with our son. We will definitely come back to see her for future eye exams. Heba helped me select new glasses. She took a personalized approach and spent the time to find the best glasses for my face shape. Highly recommend!

I had the warmest greeting today! The woman who chatted with me asked smart questions to understand what my glasses needs were, gave me the layout of the store and talked about how certain brands were made. I’d go back just for her - great customer service!

Richard was so helpful. Came in to get my glasses adjusted and even though I did not purchase my glasses there he adjusted for no cost. He also advised my partner on some sunglasses. Definitely recommend this place and there service was top notch.

Went in for my first eye test in years, the staff were very friendly and took the time to really explain things and work to figure out the best prescription for me. When I went in to buy glasses they were again very helpful and friendly and have a great range to choose from.

I have been going to Blink for many years for checkups and have always had great service. My last visit was to pick out frames and Vee was amazing at helping get the right ones for me.

Went into Blink eyewear with two pairs of glasses that had been bent out of shape. The optician fixed them up perfectly, making sure to try them out of my face several times to ensure they fit properly and cleaned them well. He even gave me a new case for free to ensure they don't get bent again. Great service. Much appreciated!!

Went in on a Saturday. Had to wait, it was quite busy, but the optometrist I saw was great and very friendly, and the front end staff were so very helpful in assisting me in picking out suitable frames. Though the appointment took a little longer than anticipated, the attentiveness was good, and for that I gave 5 stars.

I was in Calgary from out of town and broke my glasses, I came here in hopes to get them fixed and Kaitlyn gave me great service! Very efficient and kind! I will absolutely be coming back here if I’m ever back in town.

An absolute wonderful experience for my eye exam. Victoria was a delight as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness & everything was set up quick and easy for my appointment thanks to her. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. Overall lovely experience going to this clinic.

I had a small issue with my prescription and when I called in to get it fixed, Victoria helped me to get in to see a doctor very fast and she was super helpful in making sure that my new lenses were ordered quickly. I was very impressed with how helpful she was and how quickly my glasses got back to me. I will definitely be back again.

The folks at Blink were very professional, helpful and effective. Margaret took a lot of time to get me the optimum eye wear. Pascal Gagne took enormous time to make sure that my prescription was perfect. It was a fantastic experience.

I'll keep this simple. Dr.Alkawally is the best doctor I've ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I'll never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great doctor to help you with your eye health do yourself a favor and meet this beautiful lady. The office is inviting and her beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. Thank you!

Went in to get our glasses cleaned and readjusted, and couldn’t of been happier with the service. Vee was amazing and did a fantastic job, and was very helpful with all of our requests. Look forward to seeing them again for my eye exam!

Recently purchased prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses had the best experience the staff in this location are very professional specially Richard thank you alots for you and your team

My family went in for the routine eye check up. The staff were great and very helpful. They are so friendly and welcoming. Optometrist Dr. Samantha and Dr. Mariam were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are so happy and highly recommended West Spring location for your eyes exam.

I was visiting Calgary from Ontario and had sadly left my contact lenses behind, leaving me with an older pair of glasses that don't give me great vision. I called around various opticians to get some short term lenses and no one could help me for so many reasons, especially the fact that I have a tricky multifocal prescription that's different in each eye! I was despondent until I called Blink in Westhills. Immediately they were welcoming, receptive to my dilemma and eager to help me out. I emailed them my ON prescription and within a couple of minutes was contacted with a friendly "yes, we have those lenses, come on in." On entering the cute clean clinic (with easy free parking,) they were just as polite and kind. They passed me the lenses, a case and a bottle of solution and when I went to pay they said "no charge." I tried to insist and they smiled and said "you're welcome."
Who even does that these days?
I never usually write reviews, however on this occasion I was completely overwhelmed. Thank you again Blink. You truly saved me this week by helping me see with clarity. In turn I felt whole and had a much better experience. I highly recommend your clinic and I'll always call you first if I have vision needs while in Alberta.

Richard helped my 2 kids choose their first glasses at the Creekside location. He was so so patient with our family and also offered his expertise and opinion on the frames. When we picked up our frames at West Springs location, he adjusted the frames multiple times to ensure a good fit and is so good with kids. My girls absolutely adore Richard. Thanks for a great first experience for our kids!

I'm from out of town and needed some minor repair to my glasses. I was taken care of immediately. Glasses were proffesionally cleaned after the repair and all it cost was a thank you.

We have been dealing with Richard at Blink Eyewear West Springs for a number of years and cannot say enough good things about him. He is friendly, outgoing, considerate, knowledgeable, an expert in his field, professional, and especially kind and helpful. Awesome eye exams and glasses selection. I am always greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from Richard, Victoria, V, Nadia, and Laila. The staff is so well trained, they found the perfect glasses on my first try on! So impressed with the service and can't wait to get my new glasses.

I've never had an eye exam before and the staff at the West springs location were amazing! I live out of town and Dr. Sam and Dr. Jenny were very accommodating and knowledgeable in tending to my eye care needs before I leave. Thoroughly impressed with my experience there.

Had the most amazing experience here. A little backstory of my day. I woke up at 8am with something in my eye. After a million failed attempts to remove it throughout the day myself, I went to a GP. He looked quickly flashed a light and said there was nothing in my eye and gave me a prescription for a steroid.
A couple hours later around 330pm my eye (and myself) were so irritated I made a quick dash to Blink eyewear. Her staff were amazing and so helpful getting me in within minutes. The optometrist was absolutely amazing , she was able to find something lodged in my eyelid. (I knew I wasn't crazy) she also gave me a proper prescription to help with healing of the abrasions on my eye from the scratching, as well as a follow-up booked to check on my healing. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

I’ve been to Blink Eyewear in West Springs in two occasions to get my prescription glasses. I’ve had V. and Richard to help with my order and fitting. Both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful; I am very picky but V managed to fit my glasses perfectly. Maggie was FANTASTIC with helping me find a great new pair of glasses which is always a challenge with my small, narrow face and she found me big girl sunglasses!! Sabrina was so friendly and sweet as well with getting all of us set up with our eye glass fittings! AMAZING customer service which is rare to find these days it seems. Recently purchased prescription sunglasses and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The young lady who helped with with frame and lens selection was outstanding and the follow up service I had with some questions about my new glasses were dealt with in a very friendly, timely, and professional manner. I would recommend Blink without reservation.

I used to go to Blink Eyewear prior to moving to Lethbridge, while visiting town I realized I forgot my contacts. I called Blink to see if they had any trials or extras in my prescriptions that I could get to last me for the weekend. They got 5-day contacts for both my eyes with different prescriptions ready within 15 mins of my call, no-charge. They were a big life saver and super helpful!

Never even knew this place existed before I googled it . My eyeglass temples ear pieces fell apart and I needed to fix it . Service was excellent. I was asked if I needed anything as I came in . I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised as most places don't know what the word service means . I really recommend this place . It's nearly hidden and easy to miss but in my opinion this place is worth going to . I give it a major thumbs up!

The staff at Blink are exceptional. Victoria walked me through each step from finding the perfect frame to breaking down cost and explaining the pros and cons. She gave me time to mull over all the information, without making me feel pressured.

Honestly had such an amazing experience trying to find new glasses! Nadia was so patient and kind! She really took her time to help me find a frame I was comfortable in and within my price range.
